How to draw a jewel

Why don’t we take a look at this painting of jewels? The kids loved working on this.

It is painted with poster color.

For your information, poster color is different from water color as we rarely use water to get vivid color. Water color, on the other hand, is commonly used for a landscape or a still life with a lot of water.

The glitter of jewels fascinated the kids(4th Grade Art Project) and it reminded them of rainbow colors. How do you like this work? There can be countless ways to express the sparkling. Think of yours and try it.
