How to make poinsettia with clay?

Materials to prepare: Red and yellow clay, sharp tool (needle or toothpick), wooden skewer, and your talent!

1. After making a ball shape, 

2. Turn it into water drop shape and stretch it out.

3. Please press it flat using rounded wooden skewer.

 4. To make the leaf look more animated, please make the inside to be bent slightly.

5. Let’s make the patterns for the leaf. Please press in the middle with a sharp tool and decorate it with diagonal patterns. 

6. Please polish the ends to make it look more like natural leaves. Please make 5 poinsettia leaves in the same way.

 7. Please connect 5 leaves once done. 

 8. Please roll the ends.

 9. Please make a smaller water drop than before and stretch it out. 

 10. Please make patterns in the middle and diagonally as before. 

 11.Please make 5 small leaves in the same way.

12. Please place smaller leaves on the bigger leaves.

13. Please make small balls with yellow clay for the anther.
